GROWING TOWARDS
SUCCESSFUL PBL CONTRACTING
KEC led a Dutch
consortium developing a PBL maturity model supporting organisations to
become world class partners for sustaining complex technical systems.
The maturity model is described in the publication: Managing MRO - Growing towards successful PBL contracting, A supplier's handbook to mature into performance based logistics contracts for maintaining military assets, 2011.
A second edition will be issued in 2012.
