On request of our customers 'KEC Systems' takes prime responsibility for programmes related to the design and implementation of high-tech systems. These programmes typically deal with new technologies and imply financial and/or organisational challenges for suppliers and end-users. In such case KEC Systems is prime and deals with the business development and management issues and, if required, with financing of the programmes.

 

KEC Systems' products are characterised as high quality and state-of-the art, but cost effective. These product characteristics are achieved through a vast knowledge of systems engineering and through strategic alliances with companies, institutes and universities in Europe, US and Apia. Through KEC Systems, KEC provides the ultimate risk sharing support to high-tech organisations. However, we do apply strict conditions to ensure our independence as leading consulting firm for high-tech sectors.

 

Conditions
On request of our customers KEC Systems takes prime responsibility for programmes related to the design and implementation of high-tech systems. KEC Systems will only take prime responsibility in case this does not conflict with the role of KEC as independent service supplier for the high tech sector and the interests of our customers. The type of programmes are therefore characterised by one or more of the following conditions:

  • the programme deals with the development and introduction of new technology

  • the programme deals with the start-up of new companies or business units

  • the programme is focused on entrance of new markets

  • there is a need to deal with technological, financial and organisational risks

  • the core technology is typically provided by our customers. In case our customer is an end-user organisation, we support our customer with the procurement and implementation of systems.
